Agree Kelton was way dirtier. That Voight/Casey story in S1 of Fire, was setting up PD, and everyone thought he was dirty back then. Since PD started, Also agree, he’s been “dirty” as far as protecting his team, and doing whatever it takes to get the “bad guys” and could care less what happens to them.
